Janika Oza is a Canadian author of Indian origin who writes fiction and non-fiction stories that explore themes of identity, culture, and belonging. She has published two collections of short stories,

How to Make Friends with the Dark and Other Tales of Loneliness (2019) and The Color of Home (2021), as well as several essays and articles in various magazines and journals. She is currently working on her debut novel, which is set in Mumbai and Toronto and follows the lives of three generations of women in a family.
